archTIS expands into New Zealand with reseller agreement

The reseller agreement comes after demonstrations of the Kojensi Gov software to New Zealand government agencies last month.

archTIS Ltd (ASX:AR9) has signed a reseller partnership with TEAM Asparona that will see the Kojensi Gov platform offered in New Zealand.

TEAM Asparona is an established provider of enterprise content management (ECM) software services to the New Zealand Government.

The agreement provides a strong local sales channel to oversee accelerated commercialisation in the government and non-government sectors in New Zealand.

archTIS’s CEO Daniel Lai said: “The New Zealand public sector represents a real growth opportunity for us given its close alignment to our ongoing work with federal government stakeholders in Australia.

“archTIS has a long-standing relationship with TEAM Asparona, with whom we have been working closely for over three years.

“TEAM Asparona love the product and were eager to take up the opportunity to commercialise Kojensi Gov in New Zealand.

TEAM Asparona has a strong network of complementary customers

TEAM Asparona sells its ContentWorX platform to a variety of government agencies in New Zealand and has over 5,000 licensed users.

Kojensi Gov’s security features complement the ContentWorX platform which provides users with record and information management services.

TEAM Asparona will be able to sell Kojensi Gov as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) cloud offering or as an on-premises solution for clients that require high classified information sharing.

archTIS recently had its contract with the Australian federal government’s Department of Home Affairs extended for 12 months delivering an additional $250,000 revenue.

Under the contract, archTIS provides consulting and IT strategic advisory services as well as other professional services. 

archTIS continues to focus on driving new commercial opportunities for Kojensi Gov.
