B2B CONTENT DELIVERY

  • Nektan’s B2B global casino platform, E-Lite, distributes premium gaming content from the world’s leading game suppliers to operators across the globe.
  • Offering cross platform promotional tools, including free spins, bonus wallets and APIs, E-Lite allows operators to bonus reward their players.
  • We take top land-based titles and bring them online.

WHITE LABEL

  • Nektan’s proprietary B2C / white label technology platform, Evolve, supports and operates a full turn key casino solution creating commercial revenue streams for large brands and small media companies alike.

GARY SHAW

BOARD MEMBER – FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

An entrepreneur and industry veteran with a consistent track record of delivering business growth, Gary founded Nektan in 2011 following a joint venture with GTECH.

In 1994 he left Johnson Press PLC to start and self-fund Hughes Rae. Hughes Rae became one of the pioneers of internet application development across Europe working in the retail bank and pharmaceutical sectors, which he sold in 1999 to Morse PLC. In 2000, Gary left Morse to join Victor Chandler and contributed to setting up the world’s first poker network which launched in conjunction with Tribeca Tables. He established the first European white label gaming business, launching white label deals with the Racing Post and Virgin Media.

Gary left Victor Chandler in 2002 to establish his own gaming company, St Enodoc, which acquired the Gibraltar-based under-performing assets of Gala Interactive. He led the recovery of the business, launching a series of gaming business ventures, including both the IPN Poker network with Boss Media, and in 2004 the IBN Bingo Network.

St Enodoc became Europe’s largest end-to-end white label operator with 84 partners in 24 countries including Virgin Games, Yahoo, The Daily Mail and Sportingbet. Gary was the Executive Chairman when St Enodoc was acquired by GTECH-Lottomatica for $55 million in 2008. He remained with GTECH-Lottomatica working in the US, until forming Nektan.

LUCY BUCKLEY

BOARD MEMBER – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Lucy has joined Nektan as Chief Executive Officer during a period of considerable growth for the business. Having spent the past 8 years at Inspired Entertainment Inc, most recently as Vice President of its Interactive division, Lucy established and managed the division and delivered double digit growth year-on-year.

With over a decade of gaming experience and an MBA from Cass Business School she was recognised in Gaming Intelligence’s 2018 “Hot 50” and in the Global Gaming Business’ “40 under 40”.

Lucy is set to build on Nektan’s recent commercial successes, seeking new ways to expand the business into even further international markets, while fostering a stronger network of tier one commercial partnerships. Through strategic planning and implementation, Lucy is creating additional revenue streams to deliver on the business’ aims of becoming the global leader in online and mobile gaming innovation.

JIM WILKINSON

BOARD MEMBER – NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Jim is Non-Executive Chairman at Nektan, responsible for advising Nektan on its strategic progress. In addition to this, he is Chief Financial Officer of Oxford Sciences Innovation plc, a company recently established to invest in companies transferring technology created from Oxford University’s research into commercial enterprises.

Prior to this, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Lonrho Limited, an African facing conglomerate, from August 2013 until June 2015. He held similar senior positions at Sportingbet Plc between 2008 and 2013, Johnson Service Group PLC between 2004 and 2007, and Informa Group PLC between 1997 and 2004, all of whom are listed companies of the London Stock Exchange. Jim is a qualified chartered accountant, having trained with Touche Ross where he worked for eight years.

SANDEEP REDDY

BOARD MEMBER – NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

As Non-Executive Director, Sandeep advises Nektan on its strategic endeavours. In addition to this, he is the co-founder of Peepul Capital, an Indian private equity firm. Prior to the launch of Peepul Capital in 2000, he had 10 years of experience in strategy consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in San Francisco and with Andersen Consulting in London. He was one of the earliest participants in the rapidly evolving Indian private equity industry having been active for over ten years.

Sandeep takes overall responsibility in defining and executing Peepul Capital’s strategy. He is a Director of VTA and a substantial shareholder in the company. He received a BS in Computer Science and Finance from Utah State University and an MBA from IMD, Switzerland.

MANOJ BATRA

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

With 24 years of technology experience, Manoj has worked across multiple industries, including running technical operations, product and software development in the iGaming industry from casino, poker, bingo, sports betting to lottery.

As an INSEAD Alumni, Manoj joined Nektan from IGT as India Managing Director. He plays an important role in the advancement of the company’s software solutions, ensuring quick integrations which sets Nektan apart from its competition.

JANE RYAN

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, B2B

As Chief Operating Officer of our B2B division, Jane is responsible for the development and delivery of Nektan’s B2B operations. She successfully pioneered Nektan’s launch in Asia, which resulted in the company becoming one of the only iGaming platform providers to have presence in Europe, the US and Asia.

She joined the company in 2011, originally responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of Nektan’s B2C White Label sites, before moving to the helm of Nektan’s international expansion operations in which she has played a pivotal role.

 

JAYDEEP CHAKRAVARTTY

VICE PRESIDENT, COMMERCIALS

Jaydeep, who arrived at Nektan in 2018, has a wealth of gaming industry experience in building operations, developing teams and integrating systems for operators and suppliers.

He joined from games studio Ingenuity Gaming, where he was Commercial Director for six years. Previously, he held managerial roles with Ladbrokes and 32Red, as well as senior commercial positions with Cozy Games and Ibibo Group.

As Vice President, Commercials, he is responsible for the sales and account management across the company’s B2B and White Label divisions, focusing on developing Nektan’s presence across EMEA and Asia, as well as expanding the breadth of premium games on its casino platforms.
