Aperio Resources (ASX: AKO) is a gold focused explorer with strategically located tenements in the gold enriched regions of Burkina Faso. The Company's exploration tenements cover an area of 490km2 and are all located in areas underlain by Birimian greenstone geology, which has a prolific history of gold production in this part of West Africa. Aperio's two projects named Boussoum and Liguidi are highly prospective, under-explored and in close proximity to multi-million ounce discoveries, Kiaka and Bombore.
