De Grey Mining is a WA based mining company that centres on the exploration of base and precious metals.
Established in 2002, the company’s current and primary focus lies in the north west region of Western Australia on the Pilbara Gold Project, which has found to be prospective for gold mineralisation. De Grey is committed to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of its projects, and has so far recorded impressive results.

De Grey’s 100% Owned Pilbara Gold Project Is Located 60km South Of Port Hedland In The Pilbara Region Of Western Australia, And Covers An Area Of 980 Sq Km.
About The Pilbara Gold Project
The project hosts both gold and base metal resources, in addition to numerous exploration targets. De Grey is assessing potential for a standalone central processing plant fed by satellite open pits.
The project is well served by infrastructure, since it is close to the regional centre of Port Hedland, and is traversed by the Great Northern Highway, a gas pipeline and two railway lines.

Review of Material Changes
Material changes have been made to the Company’s Gold Mineral Resource Inventory. Between June 2016 and June 2017, the total inventory increased from 6.7Mt at 1.6g/t for 345koz to 18.8Mt at 1.7g/t for 1,002koz. Increases are due to the option to acquire the Indee Gold Project which was announced in January 2017. Mineral Resource estimates for the various Indee deposits were subsequently updated and reported to comply with JORC 2012 reporting guidelines. The total Indee Mineral Resource inventory at June 2017 comprised 9.15Mt at 1.8g/t Au for 538koz, none of which was reported at June 2016.

Mr. Lill has a BSc and a Masters of Business Administration, both from The University of Western Australia and has been a corporate adviser with Trident Capital Pty Ltd for the last 5 years. He has over 25 years’ experience in stockbroking, capital raising, management, business development and analysis for a range of small and start-up companies, both in the manufacturing and resources industries, and has specialised in that time in company restructuring activities.
Executive Technical Director
Mr Beckwith has a BASc (Geology) from the University of South Australia, is a successful explorer with over 20 years experience and brings to the company a wealth of knowledge. His past roles have seen him in senior technical roles with AngloGold Ashanti, Acacia Resources, Helix Resources, Normandy NFM, North Flinders Mines, BP Minerals Australia and at Westgold Resources, where he led the team initially as exploration manager and then as Managing Director.
During his time with Westgold, he was intimately involved in the Explorer 108 Pb-Zn-Ag and the AuCu Rover 1 (1.2Moz) discoveries, both in the Northern Territory. Westgold was awarded the “2008 Explorer of the Year” for the Rover 1 discovery and also went on to acquire the Central Murchison Gold Project, in Western Australia. Westgold has advanced to become one of Australia’s major gold producers.
BASc (Mining Engineering)
Mr Lambert has a BASc (Mining Engineering) through Curtin University and the WA School of Mines. He comes to De Grey with over 30 years experience in the Australian and international resource industry covering precious metals, base metals and uranium. Mr Lambert has held senior management positions in a range of junior, mid-tier and major mining companies. He has been responsible for several feasibility studies and greenfield mine developments, with a track record of on time and on budget project delivery.
Mr Lambert has served as a director of companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, London’s AIM market, the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Thailand and has worked at Managing Director/CEO level for more than 10 years.
Mr Lambert is currently a Non-executive Director of Mincor Resources NL and Australian Potash Limited and within the last three years has also served as a director of ABM Resources NL.
Mr Morris has over 20 years of experience at the most senior executive level in a range of industries including the last 15 in Financial Markets. During that time he has held positions such as Head of Private Clients Australia for Patersons Securities Ltd and Managing Director of Intersuisse Ltd.
He currently holds the position of Managing Director of Peloton Shareholder Services, offering management of shareholder based capital raising and investor relations advice to many ASX listed companies and is also Chairman of ASX listed Water Resources Group Limited.
Craig Nelmes is an Accountant with over 20 years experience in the mining sector in Australia and overseas, and for the last 6 years as a Manager with Corporate Consultants Pty Ltd, a company providing accounting, secretarial and administrative services to ASX and TSX listed entities.
