Primary Health Properties hails 'very strong start to financial year'

Primary Health Properties' Harry Hyman talks to Proactive about its latest financial results which show net rental income rose 5% to £71.1mln in the six months to June 30, while adjusted earnings were up 9.8% to £44.7mln. And the dividend rose 4.8% to 3.25p a share.

Hyman says the company has enjoyed a strong start to the financial year, adding "we were very disciplined in our acquisitions in the period, buying £49mln pounds worth of assets."
