Numinus Wellness Inc has created a North American integrated business delivering mental health wellness services through clinics offering evidence-based psychedelic-assisted therapies.
Its reach has extended in terms of revenue and territory with the June 2022 acquisition of US-based Novamind which boosts annualized revenues by at least C$9mln.
Proactive Research analyst Dr John Savin says the acquisition has the potential to move Numinus “towards profitability,” and a growth area for the enlarged business is corporate health plans and partnerships with insurers.
