Predictive Discovery Ltd (ASX:PDI) has brought a new non-executive director on board to guide the gold stock through its next phase of growth.
International lawyer and advisor Sandra Bates will join the executive team from today, bringing legal expertise and environmental, social and governance (ESG) experience to the Predictive board.
Legal, ESG expertise “tremendous assets”
Predictive chair Simon Jackson said of the appointment: “As the company continues to grow, we are continuing to increase the capacity of the board and management.
“I am delighted that Sandra has joined the board of Predictive. Her legal expertise and significant experience with ESG matters in international projects will be tremendous assets to the board.

The new NED
Sandra Bates has more than 20 years of experience guiding management teams and boards through complex, cross-border, corporate transactions.
Throughout her professional career, she has been a trusted adviser to a range of listed and private companies in the natural resources and energy sectors and has broad experience encompassing Africa, Australia, Europe and the Americas.
In addition to her legal and commercial expertise, Bates advises on ESG engagement, corporate governance and risk management.
The new non-executive director is general counsel for Altus Strategies PLC (AIM:ALS, TSX-V:ALTS, OTCQX:ALTUF) and legal director and ESG adviser to ion Ventures.
She is also a non-executive director of ASX- and LSE-listed Adriatic Metals PLC (LSE:ADT1, ASX:ADT, OTCQX:ADMLF), where she is chair of the audit committee.
