Proactive Research analyst Richard Jeans talks through his latest report on commercial property specialist Custodian REIT PLC (LSE:CREI).
Jeans says the key to the investment story is that Custodian arguably offers a hedge against the recent jump in inflation as property values typically have grown in line with rising prices.
By investing in smaller properties, Custodian also gets a significant yield pick-up compared to larger units, he adds.
