Tiziana Life Sciences: Method of therapy delivery gives firm 'a novel market position'

Proactive Research analyst John Savin presents his research Tiziana Life Sciences which uses its delivery technology to administer its fully human therapeutic anti-CD3 antibody, foralumab, to mucosal surfaces in the nose or gut; antibodies are usually injected or infused giving Tiziana a novel market position.

Foralumab potentially modulates the immune system, so it could be used to treat various autoimmune diseases. A key project in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) has reported fresh data, highlighted on a key opinion leader (KOL) call. A progressive secondary MS patient using nasal foralumab for six months showed signs of disease retardation and is continuing treatment. A second patient started therapy in January 2022.
