Silence Therapeutics PLC (AIM:SLN, NASDAQ:SLN, OTC:SLNCF) confirmed it will delist from trading on AIM next Monday.
Silence, the developer of novel short interfering ribonucleic acid (siRNA) therapeutics, said its ordinary shares will stop trading at market close on 29 November, although it will retain its American depository shares, which represent three ordinary shares each, on Nasdaq’s global market.
Silence proposed its delisting on 15 October and was approved by its shareholders on 1 November.
