DSW Capital to float on AIM next month

The DSW network currently employs 81 fee earners across England and Scotland. These are typically recruited from the "big 4" accountancy firms.

DSW Capital PLC, a business advisory services provider, is to list on AIM in early December.

The company, founded by James Dow, Jon Schofield and Mark Watts in 2002, provides advice on disposals, acquisitions, buyouts, private equity and fundraisings.

The company plans to raise £5mln in fresh capital on admission to AIM.
