QMines readies for second half of 2021 with several important key dates

QMines Ltd (ASX:QML) has several notable key dates upcoming for the second half of 2021, including its announcement of financial results for the period ending June 30 set for Monday, August 30.

Other notable dates include the last date to receive director nominations (Thursday, October 24) and its annual general meeting on Tuesday, November 23.

Electromagnetic survey at Mt Chalmers

The company is planning a 1,092-line kilometre REP-TEM airborne electromagnetic (EM) survey, which will allow it to define additional targets more accurately across the Mt Chalmers, Tracker and Striker prospects in Queensland. 

This program, which will extend to the northwest and southeast of the Mt Chalmers mine, has been designed to cover several prospective host rocks at the Mount Chalmers mine and surrounding tenure and will provide an additional later of drill targeting information of several large soil anomalies recently discovered.

The equipment is aerodynamic and lightweight which allows the collection of better data and reduced costs through longer survey endurance and lower power requirements for the helicopter.

QML owns 100% of four advanced projects with a total area of 1,096 square kilometres, including its flagship Mt Chalmers Project around 17 kilometres east of Rockhampton.
