Love Hemp Group PLC (AQSE:LIFE, OTCQB:WRHLF) (AQSE:LIFE, OTCQB: WRHLF), the cannabidiol and hemp specialist, has announced a change of independent director with James Ward replacing Kevin Ernest, “effective immediately”.
The announcement describes Ward as “an accomplished entrepreneurial accountant”.
He is the founder of professional services group Whale Rock, which he sold to Capita in 2012, and has a number of non-executive directorships.
