Ascot Resources (TSE: AOT- OTCQX: AOTVF) CEO Derek White joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has just closed a large financing with Yamana Gold. Yamana Gold now holds approximately 6.4% of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares on a non-diluted basis. White talks about that financing and also updated investors on the progress of pre-construction engineering, permitting and exploration for the Premier Gold Project.
