Mailbox REIT 'says IPSX has capacity to be Britain's next unicorn' after plans to list on exchange

Mailbox REIT's Richard Croft talks to Proactive London about listing on the International Property Securities Exchange (IPSX) on April 19th.

Croft explains why they will list on the IPSX Wholesale side which is exclusively for institutional and professional investors and for issuers with an asset, or assets, which have a minimum value of over £50 million.

It is a new idea and regulated by the financial conduct authority (FCA) and is the world's first such exchange dedicated to the IPO and secondary market trading of institutional grade commercial real estate assets.
