Lithium Australia NL (ASX:LIT) (OTCMKTS:LMMFF) (FRA:3MW) has raised A$132,897 after shareholders fully paid the balance on a further 2,663,280 LITCF partly paid ordinary shares in the capital of the company, the latest in a series of similar transactions since mid-December 2020.
The shareholders paid A$0.0499 for each LITCF and the 2,663,280 LITCF shares have now become fully paid ordinary shares with a further 82,479,672 LITCF remaining on issue.
Statements will be issued shortly to those shareholders who paid all outstanding amounts on their LITCFs.
Lithium Australia has requested that the ASX change the designation of these 2,663,280 LITCF shares to the ASX code ‘LIT’.
Previous payments
Last month, Lithium Australia’s shareholders paid the balance of A$484,132.84 after its shareholders fully paid the balance on a further 9,702,061 LITCF partly paid ordinary shares in the company.
Earlier in January, its shareholders had paid the balance of A$340,850 for a total of more than 6.83 million LITCF partly paid ordinary shares in the company.
