Lithium Australia shareholders fully pay for 6.8 million LITCF shares raising another $340,850

Lithium Australia NL (ASX:LIT) (FRA:3MW) shareholders have paid the balance of A$340,850 for a total of more than 6.83 million LITCF partly paid ordinary shares in the company, the latest in a series of similar transactions since mid-December 2020.

A total of $1.28 million has been raised by the company since December from shareholders paying the unpaid balance on 25.6 million LITCF shares.

In this instance, shareholders paid 4.99 cents for each LITCF, with around 103.203 million remaining on issue.

The company will issue a statement shortly to those shareholders who paid all outstanding amounts on their LITCFs.

Previous payments

Recently shareholders fully paid the balance on 3.877 million LITCF shares at the same price for total consideration of $193,462.

On December 14 and 15 shareholders fully paid the balance unpaid on 9.75 million LITCF partly paid ordinary shares for total consideration of $486,525.

Also in December, shareholders fully paid the balance on 3.877 million LITCF shares at the same price for a total consideration of $193,462.
