NexTech AR Solutions Corp (CSE:NTAR) (OTCQB:NEXCF) (FRA:N29) will list its shares on the Canadian NEO Exchange, it announced Tuesday.
The move is designed to provide exposure to a higher number of retail and institutional investors in Canada and follows NexTech’s application to list its shares on the tech-heavy Nasdaq exchange in the US.
Vancouver-based NexTech plans to keep its Canadian trading symbol as ‘NTAR,’ according to a company statement.

NEO is a leading stock exchange that offers enhanced liquidity and increased access to a wide pool of investors.
“As NexTech’s market capitalization has grown quite dramatically in 2020, we believe that the primary listing exchange that we trade on should support that growth,” NexTech CEO Evan Gappelberg said in a statement.
“As a senior exchange, NEO provides added liquidity and exposure to institutional investors to allow our growth to continue, which simply isn’t available on the junior exchanges. We have worked closely with the NEO team over the previous weeks to position NexTech to make this transition both seamless and efficient. We thank them for accommodating us and look forward to the improved trading liquidity and expanded services for the company in 2021.”
NexTech’s shares are expected to start trading on the NEO on January 5, 2021, following its delisting from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
