9 Spokes International Ltd’s (ASX:9SP) co-founder and former CEO Mark Estall is stepping down from his executive duties but will continue to serve the company as a non-executive director and special project consultant.
The change for the technology marketplace and insights company will take effect from March 31, 2020.
He will become a non-executive director from that date and will consult to the company on special projects.
Driving force for international progress
Estall co-founded 9 Spokes in 2012 with Adrian Grant and, as CEO from 2012 to 2018, has been the driving force behind 9 Spokes’ entry into international markets as a partner to some of the world’s biggest financial institutions.
He said: “I am passionate about 9 Spokes and excited about its prospects.
“I am delighted to be able to contribute my experience to help steer the direction of the company to its next stage of growth and profitability.”
