The ASX also noted the significant increase in the volume of Predictive’s securities traded from February 12 to February 20.
Responding to the ASX price and volume query, the company said that there was no information that had not been announced to the market which, if known by some in the market, could explain the recent trading in its securities.
Exploration in West Africa
Last month, Predictive re-started drilling and fieldwork across its Cote D’Ivoire and Guinea projects in West Africa.
In recent years the company has assembled a large portfolio of properties across the world-class Birimian greenstone belts of Cote D’Ivoire, Guinea and Burkina Faso aiming to maximise the likelihood of making multiple gold discoveries.
As part of this strategy Predictive has entered into joint ventures with development-oriented partners on projects in Cote D’Ivoire and Burkina Faso and is in early stages of exploring a series of projects in Guinea, which have produced encouraging gold geochemical anomalies at the Nonta and Kankan projects.
