Talks are ongoing about a royalty deal at Molyhil

Thor Mining PLC (LON:THR) has had expressions of interest in acquiring the Spring Hill gold royalty entitlement, while talks are ongoing with potential partners for its tungsten project at Molyhil.

Mick Billing, executive chairman, said the resource estimates at Bonya will significantly improve the production profile and economics of the Molyhil project and also increase the overall attractiveness of the project to strategic investors and offtake partners.

“Discussions with these parties are ongoing," he said.

"In addition, recent renewed interest by the Australian and US governments in critical minerals has resulted in increased support for projects of this nature, and we hope to be able to take advantage of this."

Elsewhere, Billing said drill assays are due shortly from its in-situ copper project at Kapunda while it is keen to follow up on ‘outstanding’ sample results from its wholly-owned gold project in Pilbara reported in January.
