EnWave Corporation (CVE:ENW) (OTCMKTS:NWVCF) has signed an equipment purchase agreement with food processing company Consulting FB Tech and Apps SL in Peru for the delivery of one of its 100 kiloWatt Radiant Energy Vacuum (REV) machines.

The company, which operates under the name Fresh Business, plans to scale up its operations in Peru, where it sources its fruits and vegetables to be dehydrated with EnWave’s technology.

The new nutraREV is Fresh Business’ second EnWave product after the company bought a 10kw machine when the companies signed a royalty-bearing commercial license back in April.

With a 100kW machine in tow, Fresh Business will be able to dramatically up its production capacity, which means more exporting to international markets and greater royalties for EnWave.

The Vancouver-based company said it is targeting the summer of 2020 to complete the installation and commissioning of the 100kW nutraRev processing line.

EnWave’s radiant energy vacuum technology is a low-temperature method of quickly removing water from organic materials.
