Darvall joined the company in October 2017 and has played a key role in assembling Jindalee’s portfolio of US lithium projects, including the McDermitt project.
He has also played a major role in delivering the recently expanded exploration target and maiden mineral resource at McDermitt.
The resignation will take effect around the end of the calendar year.

Jindalee’s board thanks Darvall for his contribution to the company and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.
The company remains well funded to pursue its strategy of further advancing and developing its flagship lithium project at McDermitt and its Widgiemooltha project in Western Australia where exploration targeting is underway.
Jindalee has started the search for a new CEO with the requisite skills to advance the McDermitt project and maximise the benefits for shareholders.
Securities in the company which has a market cap of approximately 11.4 million last traded at 29.5 cents.
