Australian Mines Limited (ASX:AUZ) (FRA:MJH) (OTCMKTS:AMSLF) is strengthening its Board through the appointment of experienced company director Lee (Les) Guthrie as non-executive director starting from late November 2019.
Guthrie is a qualified engineer with more than 40 years’ experience of project delivery across the mining, infrastructure and energy sectors.
He is principal and managing director of Bedford Road Associates, an independent consultancy providing professional advice and support for the development and delivery of major capital expenditure programs.
His senior leadership roles have spanned a variety of global resources companies in Australia, UK, North America and Asia, including with BHP Billiton, BG Group, Aker Kvaener Inc and Brown & Root.
