Australian fund manager Kinetic Investment Partners Ltd has issued a notice of initial substantial shareholder to Nanosonics (ASX: NAN).
Kinetic issued the notice on 8 December 2009, with a holding of 10.07 million shares in Nanosonics, or 5.12% of the issued capital of Nanosonics.
Recently, Nanosonics completed an institutional placement at 55 cents per share to raise A$12 million, issuing 21.8 million shares in the process.
Shares in Nanosonics last traded at 58.5c.
