Crimson Tide (AIM: TIDE), the mobile data solutions group, said it had signed a strategic business partnership with Newman Concepts. The deal covers Newman's patented "Digital Bridge" technology which allows users to obtain wireless broadband speeds of up to 20 Mps.
Crimson Tide said it aimed to integrate the technology into its own range of wireless and mobile solutions and use its own route to market to expand its footprint.

I believe that Crimson Tide can incorporate it into its range of solutions, giving fast, secure wireless connectivity where current solutions are either unavailable or prohibitively expensive." added Barrie Whipp, Executive Chairman of Crimson Tide. "Initially Crimson Tide will be marketing the technology in the UK and Ireland. Once it is firmly established we will be looking for international partners to develop sales on a worldwide basis.”
