Defence technology specialist Cohort (LON:CHRT) shrugged off the sale of a decent chunk of his holding by Stanley Carter, its co-chairman.
Carter sold 1.56mln shares in the company at 236p, netting him around £3.6mln. After the sale he is now interested in around 9.1mln shares or 22.2% of the capital.
The sale was at a modest discount to the market price yesterday. The shares rose a little today to 251p.
Cohort's defence, wider government and industry client work comes through four subsidiary firms - systems house MASS, communications specialist MLC, advisory business SCS and surveillance group SEA.
