Shares in ANGLE (LON:AGL) shot up 6.5% to 80.125p late on Friday after fund management giant Henderson Global Investors increased its stake.
Henderson's stake in the specialist medical diagnostic company moved above the 5% level to 5.45%. In all, Henderson has just over 3mln Angle shares.
Earlier this week ANGLE announced plans to raise up to £7.3mln through a share placing at 65p a share, with a further £1.5mln targeted through a share issue to existing shareholders.
