Green Dragon Gas Ltd said chairman and CEO Randeep Grewal bought a further 2,000 ordinary shares in the company at a price of US$5.50 per share, raising his holding to 904,717 shares, or 0.8 percent of the capital.
Grewal is also interested in 88 million shares, or 81.1 percent, held by Green Dragon Gas (Holdings) Ltd, which in turn is owned by a trust of which he and family members are discretionary objects.
