BAE Systems, the FTSE 100 defence group, announced that it had completed the acquisition of Texix Toll Defence Logistics in Australia from Tenix Limtied for a total cash consideration of A$24 million.
Tenix Toll Defence Logistics will be intergrated into BAE System's Australia Land Business Unit, the Company said.
Tenix Toll Defence Logistics manages the Defence Integrated Distribution System contract which provides warehousing, maintenance and distribution services to the Australian Defence Force.
