Alliance Mineral Assets Ltd (ASX:A40) (SGX:A40) has formally changed its name to Alita Resources Limited although its ASX and SGX codes remain the same.
The company's board obtained approval from shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday, July 11, 2019.
A new certificate of registration has subsequently been received from the Australian Securities and Investment Commission, effective on Tuesday, July 16.

The company has achieved another strong quarter of production from its Bald Hill Lithium and Tantalum Mine in WA with 38,717 wet metric tonnes (wmt) of high-grade lithium concentrate produced in the three months to June 30 grading 6.2% lithium oxide.
This represents a slight increase in tonnage and about a 35% increase in contained lithia from the March 2019 quarter production of 38,291wmt at 6.1% lithium.
Total half year lithium production was 77,008wmt at 6.15% lithium, equating to 78,937wmt of 6% lithium equivalent, which was at the upper limited of previous production guidance.
In June Beverly Nichols was appointed as joint company secretary, a role in which she will serve alongside Alexei Fedotov.
Nichols is a governance professional with experience in a broad range of ASX listed companies, predominantly in the resources sector.
