Ironbark Zinc director Danny Segman buys more shares on-market

The company’s shares are trading about 6% higher intra-day, at 1.7 cents.

Ironbark Zinc Ltd’s (ASX:IBG) recently appointed director Danny Segman has further increased his holding in the company with an on-market transaction.

On July 15, the non-executive director acquired 1,050,000 shares and now holds 106 million shares in two indirect interests in which he has a beneficial interest.

The latest transaction follows his purchase last week of 200,000 Ironbark shares.

Segman was appointed to the board in May and at the time held a substantial interest of 13.77% of the pre-development base metals company.
