Chase Mining Corporation Ltd (ASX:CML) has been granted a permit by the Quebec Ministry of Forests, Wildlife and Parks to undertake drill-testing of its five Priority 1 VTEM anomaly targets at the Lorraine Project in Quebec, Canada.
A Permit to Operate was lodged with the Anishinabeg of Kakinwawigak (The Long Point First Nation) on July 3, 2019 for permission to access the exploration areas under their Indigenous Title and Rights and to allow for drilling to occur.
Directors Dr Leon Pretorius and Martin Kavanagh met with representatives of the Long Point First Nation on their recent site visit and gained a good understanding of the services they may provide going forward.
These negotiations are expected to recommence next week.

Quotes for the planned drilling program are also due next week from selected contractors including their equipment availability around the estimated start date.
