PARKD Ltd (ASX:PKD) director Robert Martin continues his on-market share purchases and this week has topped up his overall holding to more than 1.237 million shares held in indirect interests.
The non-executive director on Monday purchased another 15,000 shares in the Perth-based construction technology company that has developed a lightweight concrete modular car parking system.

Since early May Martin has clearly demonstrated his faith in the company by making a series of on-market purchases, totaling more than 746,000 shares.
Last week he made the largest transaction with the purchase of 574,007 shares on-market valued at more than $57,000.

In early May chairman Bronte Howson acquired more than 797,000 shares in an on-market purchase valued at more than $122,000, lifting his substantial interest to 8.47%.
At the same time the company gained a new substantial shareholder in prominent professional investor Bryant Mclarty, who accumulated a 5.64% stake.
