Intermin Resources Limited (ASX:IRC) has its second new substantial shareholder this week in Orion Mine Finance (Master) Fund I LP and Orion Mine Finance GP I Limited.
The two Orion Mine Finance entities attained this status on June 14 and hold more than 33.838 million shares for a 7.90% interest.
Earlier this week Kalgoorlie-based investor Ashok Parekh became a substantial shareholder with more than 23 million shares for a 5.37% stake.
This followed the company completing its merger with MacPhersons Resources Ltd.
The new entity, which has a gold asset portfolio in the Kalgoorlie region of WA, plans to change its name to Horizon Minerals.
This enlarged portfolio provides the merged company with an expedited pathway to gold production.
