Chaarat Gold raises further US$5mln in capital through bond issue

Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd (LON:CGH) said it has raised a further US$5mln in capital after an investor increased its subscription of convertible bonds.

In April, the gold miner entered into an agreement with a new investor for the subscription and issue of convertible bonds for US$10mln. The investor has now increased their subscription to US$15mln.

Chaarat expects to receive the subscription proceeds by the end of June, instead of May 31 as previously anticipated.
