Meteoric Resources major shareholder Tolga Kumova increases stake

Meteoric Resources NL (ASX:MEI) has had one of its major shareholders, well known resources investor Tolga Kumova, increase his shareholding in the company.

Kumova purchased 18 million shares at 1 cent to increase his overall holding to 88.97 million shares for a 10.61% voting interest.

The 1 cent purchase price suggests Kumova participated in the recent share purchase plan (SPP) offering.

Last month, managing director Dr Andrew Tunks purchased 625,000 shares in the company as part of the SPP increasing his holding to 903,000 shares.

During April 2019, Meteoric executed a share sale agreement for the acquisition of the Jurena and Novo Astro gold projects in Brazil from Crusader Resources Ltd (ASX:CAS).
