Australian Potash board members buy stock alongside shareholders

The majority of the board participated in the recent rights issue that raised $4.2 million.

APC is progressing a DFS for its flagship Lake Wells Sulphate of Potash Project

Australian Potash Ltd (ASX:APC) has had three members of its board increase their shareholding after participating in the recent rights issue.

Managing director and CEO Matthew Shackleton purchased 250,000 shares for $20,000 increasing his overall holding to over 6.42 million shares.

Non-executive directors Brett Lambert and Rhett Brands purchased 81,161 and 178,750 shares increasing their respective total holdings to 459,911 shares and 220,000 shares.

Last week Australian Potash welcomed a Western Australian Sulphate of Potash (SOP) trial, an Australian first that will analyse the benefits of SOP fertiliser produced in the state.
