Emmerson Resources chairman buys 125,000 shares

Emmerson Resources Ltd (ASX:ERM) chairman Andrew McIlwain has purchased 125,000 shares in the company for $9,924 through on-market trades.

The purchase increases his total holding to 4.45 million shares.

McIlwain has over 25 years’ experience in the mining industry and is a qualified mining engineer.

He has held operational, technical, senior management and executive roles within Mount Isa Mines Limited, Central Norseman Gold Corporation, WMC Resources and Lafayette Mining Limited.

Emmerson recently started drilling at its Whatling Hill Project within the greater Fifield tenement package in New South Wales.
