Vault Intelligence’s recently appointed COO buys shares on-market

The company aims to develop comprehensive risk and safety software to help create a safer workplace

Vault Intelligence Ltd (ASX:VLT) executive director David Rose has purchased 25,000 shares in the company through on-market trades.

The purchase was valued at $4,429 and increases his overall holding to 141,500 shares.

In late January 2019, Vault expanded Rose’s role to include chief operating officer (COO) and chief information officer (CIO).

In his capacity as COO he is leading the strategic and structural changes to drive revenue growth both directly and via partners.

His appointment allows CEO David Moylan to provide greater focus on increasing strategic engagements and capitalise on key global opportunities for the business.

Most recently, Vault igned a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Jurong Port for the implementation of Vault’s Solo software security solution.

Solo is an environmental, health and safety solution that aims to enhance operational efficiency, employee safety, security and welfare across the port.
