Esports Mogul Asia Pacific adds four mobile titles to game title catalogue

Mobile titles make up 50% of the global gaming market

Esports Mogul Asia Pacific Ltd (ASX:ESH) has added to its game title catalogue with an additional four mobile titles hosted on Mogul.gg.

The eSports media company and its partner Razer Inc will launch its $275,000 tournament series featuring 16 PC, console and mobile titles in February.

Extensive PC game list

Esports Mogul managing director Gernot Abl said: “Adding mobile titles to Mogul.gg soon after releasing a popular list of console titles is indicative of the leaps and bounds the company is making in 2019.

“We are thrilled to be able to now offer all forms of gamers a way to play Mogul.gg, and we have a more extensive PC game title list to be announced soon.”

Multi-platform

Mogul.gg has the functionality to support multi-platform (console and mobile) game titles, which some of the game titles feature.

The four additional mobile titles now hosted on Mogul.gg are:

  • Hearthstone – 100 million-plus players;

  • Mobile Legends: Bang Bang – $200 million-plus total revenue;

  • Clash Royale – 345 million downloads; and

  • Arena of Valor – 200 million-plus players.

Earlier this month the company released its first list of console titles hosted on Mogul.gg, which included:

  • Fornite – 200-plus million players worldwide;

  • Rainbow Six Seige – 40-plus million;

  • Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 – US$500 million sales worldwide in the launch weekend alone;

  • Supersmash Bros. Ultimate – the fastest-selling game in the series;

  • NBA 2K19 – Best selling sports game of 2018; and

  • Tekken 7 – 37-plus million sales worldwide
