Tesserent Ltd (ASX:TNT) has signed a three-year $3.06 million heads of agreement (HoA) with a leading Australian transport and logistics company.

The agreement marks a milestone in the company’s strategic growth in high-end enterprise solutions and the contract will begin this month to deliver a next-generation secure network to over 80 sites across Australia.

Secure intellectual property

Tesserent chairman Robert Langford said: “Having defeated a number of larger telecommunication providers in the highly-competitive tender process, this contract highlights Tesserent’s ability to deliver world-class security and networking solutions on a larger scale.

“Leveraging our security intellectual property to deliver next generation secure networking, this new agreement with an existing client represents over 190% total contract value of the previous contract and validates our strategy to provide a wider range of services within our existing client base.

“I’m excited to continue to work this leading Australian transport and logistics company and look forward to announcing similar-scale contracts in the future as we continue to deliver high-end innovative enterprise solutions.”

Security-as-a-service

Tesserent provides enterprise-grade managed cybersecurity and networking services to corporate customers in Australia, the UK and Korea.

With a 24/7 security and network operations centre, Tesserent delivers security-as-a-service to medium and large organisations around the globe.
