The Wacol, Brisbane facility will be formally commissioned tomorrow by Ian McFarlane.
It is worth noting that the facility is Australia’s only cathode powder pilot plant and battery-testing facility.
LIT managing director Adrian Griffin said: “We are extremely pleased with the acquisition of VSPC and proud to host guests for the official recommissioning of VSPC's Brisbane cathode powder pilot plant.
“We advise our shareholders and other interested parties that the ceremony will be available to view live from 2PM EST on the company’s website: www.lithium-au.com .”
LIT recently received significant lithium mineralisation from drilling at the Sadisdorf Project in Germany, confirming historical drill results.
Consistent lithium mineralisation, as mica, was encountered, including 78.51 metres at 0.51% lithium oxide and 68.56 metres at 0.51% lithium oxide
The company is advancing the Sadisdorf scoping study on the basis that its 100% owned SiLeach® process can unlock the full potential of this style of mineralisation.
