Cosmetics group Warpaint London plc (LON:W7L) expects good financial year results, with recent acquisition Retra Holdings also now bedded in and trading well.
Warpaint acquired cosmetics gift pack specialist Retra Holdings in November for £21mln.
Sam Bazini and Eoin Macleod, joint chief executives of Warpaint, said they were pleased with group’s performance in 2017: “Retra has integrated well with the rest of the Group and we are already seeing new opportunities and synergies from the combination.”
Shares rose 2% to 213p.
