Wangle launched its WFI software product last week

Wangle Technologies (ASX:WGL) has enhanced its family protection software suite, Wangle Family Insites (WFI), by adding new features.

In line with the company’s previously stated strategy of WFI customer acquisition via distribution partnerships, an affiliate tracking feature has been finalised and released.

The affiliate platform allows partners to drive customer growth for the WFI platform and generate revenue via revenue sharing arrangements with simple to setup affiliate tracked links.

Furthermore, a live streaming monitoring capability has been added allowing WFI to recognise live streaming and video uploads across high-risk apps or websites including Snapchat and Instagram.

By combining other risk-related data points with video upload activity, the WFI platform will be able to alert parents to potential risk activities such as sexting.

The additional alert category has been configured and is ready for immediate release.

Next feature to be released

Work is well underway on GPS-gated alerts which give parents the ability to lock GPS gates to current locations such as the family home.

Live alerts will be sent to parents with GPS movement outside of the locally-gated location.

This gives parents an unprecedented safety feature on children’s movement.

WFI was launched last week

Wangle launched its family protection software suite, WFI, last week.

The parent protection software utilises behavioural analysis of live mobile network traffic to help parents identify and manage online risks to their children.

Cyber threats include gaming addiction, cyberbullying, pornography and online predators.
