Skin Elements Ltd (ASX:SKN) has entered into a joint venture agreement with Ageless Products Pty Ltd to distribute the Skin Elements’ product range into China and other major global markets.
Ageless Products is an Australian health care sector export and distribution business with a specific focus and expertise in China and the Asia-Pacific region.
Skin Elements focuses on natural and organic skin care products as an alternative to current chemical-based products.
The company is expanding its product range and the immediate product development focus is on the Elizabeth Jane Natural Cosmetics skincare range.
A new joint venture company “Elizabeth Jane International Pty Ltd” will focus on the distribution, sales and marketing of the Elizabeth Jane product range.
Elizabeth Jane International will be owned 50:50 by Skin Elements/Ageless and incorporated in Australia.
Skin Elements will adopt the same successful approach to its development of the Elizabeth Jane product range as it did with the Soléo Organics sunscreen.
The company has also completed a successful test marketing phase in major international markets and has regulatory approval with the U.S. FDA, TGA and other regulators.
Skin Elements’ shares closed circa 6% higher on Tuesday, at $0.17.
