Capital & Counties Properties plc (LON:CAPC) confirmed today it is in advanced discussions to sell its exhibition business, which owns Olympia London.
The property investment and development company said it is after a price in line with its 31 December 2016 valuation for the sale of Venues.
"There is no certainty that the sale will proceed and further announcements will be made as appropriate," Capco said.
The Olympia London venue is host to a number of international trade and consumer exhibitions.
At the full year results in February, the company said Venues delivered underlying earnings (EBITDA) growth of 29% to £19ml but property valuation fell 1.3% on a like-for-like basis to £293mln.
