Pro Medicus lands $5M with U.S. imaging services provider

Pro Medicus (ASX:PME) has signed an A$5 million contract for the use of its Visage 7 enterprise viewer technology with Zwanger-Pesiri.

Under the five-year contract, Zwanger-Pesiri will use Visage 7 for primary diagnosis and clinical distribution of medical images.

This enables the group to fast, state-of-the-art imaging to their reading radiologists and referring physicians.

Zwanger-Pesiri is one of the largest US providers of outpatient imaging services with 18 imaging centres and 58 radiologists, regionally distributed across Long Island

In November, the company signed an A$8 million, seven-year contract with WellSpan Health – a large regional health network in the United States.

Under the agreement, PME's Visage 7 technology will be used throughout the WellSpan network for primary diagnosis, as well as clinical distribution of diagnostic images.
