William Paterson-Brown, Executive Chairman of Accsys Techologies (AIM & EURONEXT: AXS) , put his money where his mouth is and acquired two million shares in the Company at a price of €2.20 each for a total consideration of €4.4 million. The large share purchase took Mr Paterson-Brown's holding to 8.44 million shares and options to subscribe for shares.
