Stonewall Resources (ASX:SWJ) has been granted a trading halt by the Australian Stock Exchange pending an update on the proposed acquisition of Stonewall Mining Pty Ltd by Shandong Qixing Iron Towers Co,. Ltd.
In October Stonewall confirmed that the parties are co-operating in satisfying the final condition precedent to the Share Sale Agreement.
Stonewall holds a range of prospective gold assets, most of which are located in the world-renowned South African gold mining regions.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Tuesday 18th November 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
